The name Indo Qum Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Indo Qum Birěkhka was founded by Meara Tshêyêbm, who was culturaly Constructi.

Overview
Indo Qum Birěkhka was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1391, by Meara Tshêyêbm. The establishment of Indo Qum Birěkhka was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Indo Qum Birěkhka's construction back out of the project. Meara Tshêyêbm pushed on reguardles, and Indo Qum Birěkhka was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Indo Qum Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Indo Qum Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Indo Qum Birěkhka is buildings are built arround a single spacious gravel mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Indo Qum Birěkhka's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Indo Qum Birěkhka seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Indo Qum Birěkhka the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

Cultural Notes
Indo Qum Birěkhka's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is skipped in Indo Qum Birěkhka.
The Caypup near Indo Qum Birěkhka are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Indo Qum Birěkhka's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves performance art to channel Invocation energies of tier 2 via throat singing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century a local hero by the name of solved a major long term problem plaguing the town. A small order of knights was founded in 's honor, and bears his name to this day.
